When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping on REPAIR SERVICES
Once your order is completed take your ORDER NUMBER, collar and any additional parts to a ship store, USPS or local SHIP ON SITE store and ship item(s) to the address provided.
YOUR COLLAR MUST BE SHIPPED TO US FOR REPAIR (THE SHIPPING YOU PAY FOR AT PURCHASE IS RETURN SHIPPING)
COLLARS WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO YOU VIA USPS THE SHIPPING COST YOU PAID AT PURCHASE COVERS THE RETURN SHIPPING.

If you're interested in trading in your Garmin handhelds, collars or drivetracks for a credit that can only be used on outdoordogrepair.com please read this next section carefully!
- You must have an account with us to be able to receive credit.
- The total amount of credit you have available at the time will be listed at the top right of your screen and will be deducted off total amount of your cart.
- You must send your item(s) to us for review so we can value your trade.
- You must contact us using our contact us page BEFORE you send anything in, so we can discuss possible value of item(s).
- Once we receive your item(s) we will contact you within 24 hrs. of delivery with final credit amount.
- If there are any discrepancies once, we receive your item(s) we will ship you back your item(s) free of charge.
- If we are overstocked with trades, we may cut them off until future notice.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
