All of our used items will be in proper working order when they ship out. Most of our used items are trade-ins. Each item will be tested, updated and factory reset. Our warranty policy for used products will be ONLY 30 DAYS after purchase. Any (Defective) products will have to be returned to us for inspection before we refund or exchange any items. Please contact us directly with any problems. Used is Used and New is New.
